  The staff is very nice and works hard. The brunch burger should come with the ketchup on the side not on the burger. I did not expect the ketchup and did not like my burger. The French onion soup was good. The regular iced tea is great.

  They had wonderful menu selections and many tasty options. There's something for everyone here. And they even fixed my strawberry margarita after they thought that I wanted a strawberry-lime margarita. It was super great after it was fixed. Love it here.

  When we walked in and told the hostess there would be 6 of us, she spaced out and just stood there. When she finally started counting out the menus, it was painful to watch! Mid-count, someone at a booth called her over to ask a question about their bill and she just left us standing there. Finally a server had to come seat us. Then, our party's food came out sporadically. Shrimp and ribs, then a salad 5 minutes later, then a burger a few minutes after that, then chicken...I ordered a salad too but it never arrived. The server finally said, "We're just waiting on the chicken for your salad." Seriously?! I had the same exact salad as the other person who ordered salad at our table so why weren't they made together?! Ribs and a burger cooked faster than fried chicken?!?! I told her not to bother because at that point, other people at the table were already halfway finished with their food. She just said, "Sorry." That was it, like it wasn't a big deal. The place wasn't even busy at 2:45PM so I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen. I filled up on my water and had to get fast food on the way home. So much for meeting up for a meal with my family. Pffff. I'll never eat at any Applebee's again.

  As with most Applebee's locations and other chain restaurants, the food is rather pre-fab. The menu is extensive, they are open long hours and the service has been fine. However, I feel that for the price point other competitors might offer better value for the money and perhaps an enhanced experience. Not a no go...just nothing special.
